There are three types of call forwarding: unconditional, busy, or no answer. The chart below provides the description and steps to activate and deactivate each type of call forwarding.

Unconditional

Dial *72.

Enter the extension that call forwarding is to be activated then press #.

Enter the number that calls are to be forwarded to, then press #.

Forwards all calls to any number: an internal extension, or an external number such as a mobile phone or home phone.

Unconditional Deactivate

Dial *73.

Confirmation message will play.

Deactivates unconditional call forwarding.

Busy

Dial *90.

Enter the extension that call forwarding is to be activated then press #.

Enter the number that calls are to be forwarded to, then press #.

Forwards any calls that come in while the extension is in use.

Busy Deactivate

Dial *91.

Confirmation message will play.

Deactivates Busy Call Forwarding.

No Answer

Dial *52.

Enter the extension that call forwarding is to be activated and press #.

Enter the number that calls are to be forwarded to, then press #.

Forwards any calls that come in and are not answered.

No Answer Deactivate

Dial *53.

Confirmation message will play.

Deactivates No Answer Call Forwarding.
