There are three types of call forwarding: unconditional, busy, or no answer. The chart below provides the description and steps to activate and deactivate each type of call forwarding.

Forwards any calls that come in while the extension is in use. |
Busy Deactivate |
Dial *91. Confirmation message will play. |
Deactivates Busy Call Forwarding. |
No Answer |
Dial *52. Enter the internal extension OR the external phone number to forward calls to, then press #. |
Forwards any calls that come in and are not answered. |
No Answer Deactivate |
Dial *53. Confirmation message will play. |
Deactivates No Answer Call Forwarding. |
