Some desk phones have a transfer key in the same area as the numeric dialpad. Other phones have buttons whose functions change during active calls. For example, on the Yealink T Series phones, the 4 function buttons located directly underneath the display will change, and a Transfer button will appear during an active call. To start a transfer, press the corresponding button below the word "Transfer." See below for an image.
