Transfer Direct to Voicemail Print

There are four ways to transfer calls: blind, attended, semi-attended, and direct to voicemail.

To transfer a call direct to an extension's voicemail greeting, follow the steps below. This will not ring the destination extension, and allows the caller to leave a message after the greeting plays.

1. Press the transfer button.
2. Dial a * (star) followed by the destination extension number
3. Press the transfer button again, and hang up.
